KEEP GOING

Do you feel stuck or still at this point in your life? Do you feel just like the still water, which isn’t moving, just has stopped its flow? If yes, then this blog is specially dedicated to you my dear friend.

At times in life, we just feel so stuck and still. We feel like everyone around us is moving towards their path in life but we are still stuck in the same place. Why the hell in the whole world, just I am stuck? The answer to this question is no you aren’t alone who is stuck in the entire world, there are many sailing in the same boat as yours.

Firstly, take two deep breaths. Just breath in and breath out. Calm yourself down patiently and sit on a couch or a sofa. Just sit with yourself and keep the gadgets (*mobile, laptop, etc.) away for a while. And then tell yourself its okay to feel stuck at times. Just talk to your inner self. You would be feeling low and sad during this conversation with self. But let that sad emotion come out, you feel like crying. Cry your heart out and once you are done, ask yourself one question, “Now what should I do? Even after acknowledging the fact that I am feeling still, I have two options, either crib or feel sad for myself or get up again and start a fresh start?”

Once you get the answer, you know what to do next. So happy you survived till the end. Here’s a quote by Simran Totlani (*me) :

“At times we complicate our lives so much that we forget to sense its simplicity.”

  1. Very touching. Indeed many are sailing on the same way. But one of the best way to change the course is to have a self conversation and come to terms with your inner emotions. And then we can move ahead accepting our past, respecting our present and rebuilding a better future for us.
